These terms cover the Brave Bubbles iPhone app and this website, made by Tundra Industries, Hawaii, United States. Using the app means you accept them.
What Brave Bubbles is
A coping tool for shot day: a plan to make together, games and breathing for the chair, rewards to keep, and plain information for grown-ups drawn from published guidance.
Not medical advice
Brave Bubbles is help with fear, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not replace your doctor, nurse or pharmacist. Ask your clinic before you make decisions about care, including numbing cream, positioning and vaccinations. If you have heart problems or high blood pressure, or are pregnant, ask your doctor before using applied tension. If fear of needles keeps you or your child from care, talk to a clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
A grown-up is in charge
The app is made to be used by a child with a grown-up beside them. The grown-up decides how it is used and is responsible for the child’s care.
Your data
Everything you enter stays on your phone. We do not receive, host or back it up. Keeping a copy is your job: use Back up in the Grown-ups tab, or an iPhone backup. Resetting or deleting the app deletes the data for good. See the privacy page.
The Brave Pack
The Brave Pack is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores on devices signed in to it. Prices may change for future buyers. The in-the-chair screen and its free games are never behind the purchase.
Fair use
Do not decompile, tamper with or resell the app, and do not try to unlock the Brave Pack without buying it.
Availability
The app and this site are provided as they are, without warranties. We may change or end features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tundra Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
