Write to support@tundra.industries. A person reads every message, usually within a day or two. Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version if something is not working.

The Brave Pack did not unlock

Open the Grown-ups tab, answer the grown-up question, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with. If a purchase did not go through, nothing was charged.

A refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, or open the Apple receipt email, and choose the Brave Pack.

The pinwheel does not spin

The pinwheel listens for your child’s breath through the microphone. If you said no when asked, turn it on in Settings, Brave Bubbles, Microphone. Nothing is recorded. Every other game works without the microphone.

The grown-up question

The Grown-ups tab, the Brave Pack and any link out of the app ask a multiplication question first, so a child cannot buy or leave the app by accident. Take your time; a wrong answer just asks a new one.

A new phone

Everything lives on your phone. Before you switch, use Back up in the Grown-ups tab and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone. Then use Restore from backup there. An encrypted iPhone backup also carries it across.

Starting over

Grown-ups tab, Reset everything. This deletes every kid, plan and brave day on the phone. There is no undo, so back up first if you might want them.
